Home visits available
Jaffa is not a neighbouring city. Tel Aviv-Yafo is one municipality, and the clinic on Hovevei Tsion sits in the same city as the flea market, which means a home visit in Jaffa is not travel, it is just the other end of where I already work.
What is genuinely different is the work people do here. Jaffa is full of trades that are performed standing, with the hands, for eight or ten hours, and that produces a set of complaints I rarely see in an office worker.
Hands, forearms and the trades of Jaffa
Restaurant kitchens, bars, workshops, the market stalls, the furniture and antiques trade: the common factor is a grip held for hours and a forearm that never fully opens. By the time it reaches me it usually presents as wrist pain or as an elbow that hurts on the outside, and the wrist is almost never where the problem started.
The forearm flexors shorten, the extensors on the other side overwork to compensate, and the tendon insertion at the elbow pays for both. Treating the elbow alone gives a week of relief. Treating the whole forearm and the grip pattern behind it gives considerably longer.
Standing all day is its own injury
Ten hours upright on a hard floor compresses the arches, tightens the calves and tilts the pelvis forward until the lower back carries what the feet stopped absorbing. People come in pointing at their back and leave understanding it was their feet.
This is also where cupping earns its place. On a calf or a forearm that has been contracted for months, the suction lifts the tissue instead of pressing into it, which reaches layers that pressure alone cannot without hurting you. I add it to a deep tissue or soft tissue session at no extra cost.
Getting to the clinic from Jaffa
The Red Line of the light rail runs through Jaffa along Jerusalem Boulevard and continues into central Tel Aviv, so you have a single ride with no change. It does not run on Shabbat, and the clinic is closed on Saturday regardless.
It is also short enough that plenty of people walk or cycle along the seafront. From the northern end of Jaffa that is a pleasant trip rather than a commute.
Home visits in Jaffa
Jaffa is inside Tel Aviv-Yafo, so it is covered without any of the distance caveats that apply to Ramat Gan or Givatayim. I bring the table, the cream and the towels, and I need roughly two metres by two metres of quiet floor.
It is not bookable online: call me or send a WhatsApp with the address. Being in the same city, the travel supplement is the smallest anywhere I go, but I still set it once I know the street.
If you run a business here and want me to treat several people in one morning, that is a chair massage rather than a table session: everyone stays fully dressed, there is no oil or cream, and it is quoted per event through the contact form.

Questions from this area
- Is Jaffa covered for home visits?
- Yes, and without conditions. Jaffa is part of Tel Aviv-Yafo, the same municipality as the clinic, so it is simply local.
- My wrist hurts. Is that a massage or a doctor?
- If it followed a fall, if it is swollen, or if the hand goes numb, see a doctor first and I am not the right first stop. If it built up over months of the same grip, that is squarely what I work on, and I will treat the forearm rather than the spot you are pointing at.
- Does cupping leave marks?
- Sometimes, as round discoloured patches that fade over a few days to two weeks. It is not a bruise and it does not hurt. If you have an event where your back will be visible, say so and we skip it, or place the cups where clothes will cover.
- Can you treat my whole kitchen staff?
- Yes, that is what the chair massage is for. It happens on site, everyone stays dressed, it is about fifteen minutes each, and there is no price list because it depends on headcount, duration and location. Send me those three things through the contact form.
