How it works on the day
I arrive with a specialised chair that supports the chest, the forehead and the arms, so the whole back is accessible and relaxed. It takes a corner of a room, not a room.
Each person sits down fully dressed and gets fifteen to twenty minutes on the neck, trapezius, shoulders, upper back and arms. That is enough time to make a genuine difference to a stiff upper back and short enough to run twenty people through a morning.

The honest reason it works is that it is specific. A fruit basket is appreciated and forgotten. Fifteen minutes on a trapezius that has been locked since Monday is remembered, because the person physically feels different going back to their desk.
It is used most often for a wellness day, a high-pressure period such as a release or a quarter close, a conference or trade show stand where it draws people in, and as a thank you after a hard stretch.
What I need from you
A corner with a little quiet, roughly two metres by two. A chair of your own for people waiting, if there is space. And a rough headcount, so we can agree how many hours makes sense.

- Does anyone need to undress?
- No. Everyone stays fully clothed. There is no oil and no cream, so nobody goes back to their desk looking like they have been to a spa.
- How many people can you see in a morning?
- Roughly twelve to fifteen in four hours, allowing for changeover. I would rather do fifteen properly than twenty-five badly.
- Do you need a separate room?
- No, a quiet corner of about two metres by two is enough. A meeting room is nicer if you have one free, but it is not a requirement.
- How much does it cost?
