The benefits of Swedish massage
Swedish massage is the treatment most people picture when they think of a spa. It is gentle, full-body, and designed above all to help you let go. In my clinic I perform it with a natural chia-seed cream that glides smoothly and leaves your skin soft, with no need to shower afterwards.
Who is it for?
Almost everyone. After a long week of work, a stressful period, or simply when your body feels tight, Swedish massage is a safe and comforting choice. It is not aimed at one specific pain, it works the whole body to bring you back to a calm, balanced state.
What it does for your body
The long, flowing movements relax the muscles, improve blood flow, and help your body drain the toxins that build up day after day. Many clients tell me they sleep far better the night after a session. The effect is both physical and mental: the tension leaves your shoulders and your mind slows down.
What to expect in a session
We start with a short conversation about how you feel and where you carry tension. You lie down in the quiet of the loft, and I adapt the pressure to your comfort, always on the gentle side for a Swedish massage. Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes. You leave relaxed, loose, and ready to enjoy the rest of your day.
